Who are Holiday in Alps?

Operating since 2006, we are a family run company who specialise in high quality privately owned ski chalets and apartments in St Gervais and Les Contamines. One of the joys of the job is viewing potential properties and when we find a gem it’s a wonderful feeling. We always ask ourselves ‘would I stay here with my family?’ If the answer is an emphatic ‘YES!’ we then work with owners to make sure that everything is perfect for our guests before we put it onto our books. Once in our portolio we ensure that the owners and their staff maintain standards, year in year out, carrying out an annual review of each property.

We’re proud to have such a high returning guest rate, and actively seek feedback from guests. We then pass this on to owners and their staff to action where appropriate and follow up to ensure that it has been done.

We also know the area inside and out, having lived here since 2004. We know the ski pistes, hikes, runs, beaches and kids play areas… So please ask us anything! That’s what we’re here for! Occasionally though we get asked a question that is beyond our knowledge, but as we know the locals and the area we always know someone that will be able to tell us the answer.

The bottom line is that we care, and we do all we can to make your holiday memorable.
